Questions

Frequently asked.

How do I get started?

Fill in the consultation form above, or call or message us on WhatsApp directly. We'll begin with a short, no-obligation conversation to understand your academic background, budget, target intake and career goals — from there we map out which destinations and courses genuinely make sense for you before any paperwork begins.

Which countries can you help me apply to?

We currently guide students into the UK, USA, Germany, Italy, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, along with other English-taught programmes across the rest of Europe. Each country has different visa rules, tuition costs, intake calendars and post-study work options — tell us your field of study, budget and priorities (cost, work rights, safety, climate) and we'll narrow it down to the destinations that actually fit you, rather than pushing whichever one is easiest to sell.

Do you help with scholarships and education loans?

Yes. We help you identify merit-based scholarships, university-specific grants and assistantship opportunities you may be eligible for, and we guide you through the paperwork for education loans — including documentation banks typically ask for, such as admission letters, collateral papers and co-applicant details. We also help you build a realistic cost-of-study budget upfront so there are no surprises later.

Do you handle the visa process too?

Yes, end to end. That includes reviewing your financial documents, helping you complete the visa application correctly, preparing supporting paperwork (offer letter, proof of funds, academic transcripts) and running mock interviews where the destination requires one, so you walk in prepared rather than guessing what to expect.

What documents do I need to get started?

To begin, we typically ask for your academic transcripts and certificates, a valid passport, English proficiency scores if you have them (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE), your resume, and a rough idea of your budget. You don't need everything ready on day one — we'll tell you exactly what's missing and by when, once we know which universities you're targeting.

How long does the whole process take?

It varies by destination and intake, but as a rough guide: shortlisting and applications typically take 4–8 weeks, university decisions can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on the institution, and visa processing timelines are set by each country's immigration authority. We always work backward from your target intake so you're not rushing paperwork at the last minute.

What happens after I land abroad?

We stay reachable for pre-departure questions right up to your flight, and continue to be a point of contact through your first few months of settling in — whether that's opening a bank account, understanding your visa conditions, or just figuring out where things are.

How do you handle my personal information?

We only collect what's needed to help you: your name, phone number, email and whatever you tell us about your study plans. We use it to get in touch about your inquiry and to guide your application — we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone outside the universities, banks or visa bodies directly involved in your own application. If you'd like your details removed at any point, just message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll take care of it.
